1. The people of Parachinar should have the right to choose their own leader

We demand immediate implementation of free and fair elections in every village and city of Parachinar.

Leadership should be in the hands of educated, capable people who have a record of public service, who are capable of making the right decisions in difficult and critical times.

Corrupt, incompetent and failed leadership should be permanently removed so that there is no further harm to the community.

This is not a request to the government but a demand to the people of Parachinar to take care of their future themselves.

2. Demands from international courts and human rights organizations

We call on the United Nations (UN), International Court of Justice (ICJ) and world legal institutions to investigate and intervene in state-backed coercion in Parachinar and Balochistan.

We call for immediate humanitarian aid for those affected by the ongoing siege from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Global Aid Organizations.

We call for air ambulances, ground ambulances and all necessary medical aid from ICJ and UNICEF to provide emergency medical aid to injured and critically ill.

We call on the UN to take immediate action to remove all internationally nominated terrorist organisations from Parachinar, including:

Taliban Pakistan Movement (TTP)

Al-Qaeda

Army of Jhangvi (LeJ)

Haqqqani Network

We stand with the United Nations and the world community in fighting these terrorist groups and protecting citizens from extremist violence.
